Extension of reinstated China 301 tariffs set to expire in December

The U.S. Trade Representative has determined to extend all Section 301 exclusions previously reinstated in March 2022 that was set to expired on December 31, 2022 under heading 9903.88.67 for an additional 9 months until September 30, 2023.

Products eligible for the exclusion can continue to be imported without Section 301 duty.
