As a part of an ongoing effort to calibrate the U.S. trade policies in light of prevailing circumstances, the USTR has pronounced a further extension of 352 reinstated exclusions and 77 COVID-related exclusions through December 31, 2023. These exclusions, pertaining to specific products of China, have seen multiple extensions since their reinstatement on October 12, 2021, demonstrating the USTR's commitment to facilitating trade while safeguarding national interests.
